1. Service Introduction & Product Nature

Our Sample Kit provides authentic fabric swatches and a standard-sized wearable sample dress of your selected design. This service is designed exclusively for clients to evaluate fabric texture, tailoring, silhouette, and design details prior to placing a formal order, thereby minimizing visual and tactile discrepancies online.

  • Ownership: Upon full payment, the Sample Kit (including the sample dress and fabric swatches) becomes the permanent property of the client and does not need to be returned.

  • Bespoke Orders: All official wedding gowns are exclusively bespoke and custom-made to individual measurements, with pricing starting at HK$18,000. Once payment is made and the production of a custom-made gown commences, the order is strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.

2. Fee Credit & Deduction Policy

  • Official Pricing: Each Sample Kit is priced at HK$1,500 (inclusive of standard shipping within designated areas). The kit will be dispatched within 30 days upon successful payment and order confirmation.

  • Multiple Kit Purchases: Clients are welcome to purchase multiple Sample Kits for different gown designs to evaluate various styles and fabrics.

  • One-to-One Match Deduction:

    • The deduction policy operates strictly on a "one-to-one matched design" basis. When you place a formal custom order for a specific wedding gown, only the Sample Kit fee (HK$1,500) associated with that exact same design is eligible for deduction from the final invoice.

    • Fees paid for Sample Kits of any other designs cannot be transferred, redirected, or credited towards this order.

  • Deduction Limitations (Non-Cumulative & Non-Transferable):

    • Non-Cumulative: Each formal custom gown order is entitled to a maximum, one-time deduction of HK$1,500. Deductions are strictly non-cumulative, regardless of the total number of Sample Kits you have purchased.

    • Non-Transferable: This deduction benefit is strictly linked to the original purchaser's profile and cannot be transferred to other individuals, nor can it be applied to rental orders, promotional packages, or non-custom products.



3. Non-Refundable & Final Sale Policy

  • Service Finality: The Sample Kit constitutes a personalized preparation service and involves personal hygiene items. Therefore, it is strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-convertible to cash under any circumstances.

  • Limitation of Liability: If the client decides to decline the corresponding gown order, cancel the custom process, switch to other styles, or terminate the service for any personal reason, the purchased Sample Kit fee remains non-refundable and cannot be redirected as credit for other designs.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Limitation

  • Personal Use Only: The Sample Kit is provided solely for the client's personal fitting, fabric reference, and non-commercial purposes.

  • IP Protection: It is strictly prohibited to provide the sample dress or fabric swatches to third-party factories or individuals for pattern making, replication, reverse-engineering, or unauthorized modification. Commercial rentals, unauthorized commercial photoshoots, and unauthorized reselling of the sample dress are also strictly prohibited. Legal action will be pursued for any intellectual property violations, and the Brand reserves the right to claim full damages.

5. Sample Reference, Fabric Authenticity & Production Standards

  • Fabric Authenticity Notice: Please note that the fabric used on the standard-sized sample dress itself may not reflect the final premium material. The individual fabric swatches included in your Sample Kit represent the actual, authentic textiles and textures that will be used to craft your final official custom gown.

  • Design & Size Reference: The sample dress provided is a standard-sized garment meant for silhouette, fit, and structural reference only. The final bespoke wedding gown will be individually patterned and handcrafted according to the client's exact unique body measurements.

  • Acceptable Variations: Minor variations in structural execution and individual craftsmanship may exist between the sample dress and the final custom-made gown due to different production batches. The final product shall be executed strictly according to official couture production standards.

  • Policy Revision Right: The Brand reserves the right to amend, suspend, or update these terms at any time. The latest version published on this page shall govern all active transactions without prior individual notification.
