Do I need an account to place an order?

No, all you need is a WhatsApp number and email address to place and track orders.

Will my personal details stay safe?

Absolutely. We keep your personal data private and confidential and only share it with your consent or if legally permitted to.

For Virtual Consultation, customers are required to consent to the recording of Zoom calls by TC by The Wedding Gown and agree to allow TC by The Wedding Gown to showcase their face and body shape during the consultation.

Customers should note that TC by The Wedding Gown will solely use the content from the Virtual Consultation as proof of consultation and for no other purposes.

In cases where inappropriate language, behavior, violence, or disrespect occur during the virtual consultation, TC by The Wedding Gown reserves the right to immediately terminate the call and take appropriate legal action.

What happens during the Virtual Consultation?

1. Scheduling and Preparation

Customers are encouraged to schedule a virtual consultation for a detailed view of gown conditions and clearer pictures. The consultation will take place via a Zoom call, during which the call will be recorded.

2. The Virtual Consultation

TC by The Wedding Gown will send a Zoom call link through WhatsApp to the customer for the schedule consultation. At the appointed time, TC by The Wedding Gown will attempt to call the customer twice to initiate the consultation.

3. Quality Check and Inspection

Both parties will conduct a quality check together during the Zoom call, examining the gown's condition, noting any defects, and capturing images of existing issues. Any new damage(s) discovered upon customer receiving the gown outside of the video call will not be the responsibility of TC by The Wedding Gown.

Virtual Consultation rescheduling and cancellation policy

If the customer fails to answer the call after two attempts, it will be considered a forfeited consultation slot.

Customers are permitted to reschedule the consultation once by notifying TC by The Wedding Gown within 24 hours of the missed appointment. If the rescheduling request is not made within 24 hours, the reschedule option will be automatically canceled, and the trial fee will not be refunded.

Product Availability and Authenticity

Can I reserve an item to buy later?

We aim to provide a fair opportunity to shop our most in-demand styles and as items are limited, we don’t offer reservations. We offer made-to-order gown services at an additional cost. Feel free to reach out to us for more information.

Are TC by The Wedding Gown items guaranteed authentic?

Our offering is expertly curated by International designer labels around the globe and all our items are guaranteed authentic. TC by The Wedding Gown proudly serves as their exclusive retailer.

Do your products come in different conditions?

Our gowns are sourced from International designer labels. Kindly note that these items may not be in pristine or brand-new condition, as they are offered as sale items. 

For those seeking perfection, we offer made-to-order gown services at an additional cost.

Yes, our products come in the following conditions:

Very good condition: Lightly used but very well maintained. No holes, spillings, discolouration, or odor 

Good condition: Used but well maintained. May have slight material wear.

Fair condition: Used but well maintained. There may be noticeable fading or minor imperfections.

Size and Fit

How can I get a better understanding on how a piece will fit? 

Go to the product information page and select the Size Guide tab to view the size of gowns, and model measurements on the video. You may make an appointment with our consultant on video call for further guidance. 

During your virtual consultation, our stylist will showcase your chosen gowns via video call, offering insights on their conditions and recommending options tailored to your body shape.

Receive personalized guidance considering your unique physique, preferences, and concerns. Get expert advice to help you discover the perfect gown, address any queries you may have, and receive step-by-step assistance in selecting your ideal attire.

What if my item doesn’t fit?

If your item doesn’t fit, you may initiate an exchange for style once. Please visit the Exchange Policy page for more specific information and to coordinate the process.

About Size Guide on each gown

Each gown in our collection includes a size guide that displays the current tailored measurements at the lower range, reflecting previous alterations. Each gown also has seam allowance, allowing for expansion back to the original sizing at the higher range through adjustments.

Please note that product dimensions may have been previously adjusted. The size guide provided indicates the current tailored measurements at the lower range, reflecting previous adjustments. Customers have the option to revert and expand the seam allowance to its original size at the higher range through professional alterations.

Our size and fit team measures all items individually to help you find the perfect fit. For the best results, we recommend comparing these measurements to a similar garment you already own. Simply lay the garment flat and take measurements from the outside.

Delivery, Duties and Taxes

How much will I be charged for delivery?

Shipping costs will be covered by the customer and will be calculated based on the delivery location and order size. Delivery costs may differ depending on the currency in which you wish to pay, size and weight of your ordered products. We will provide an estimated shipping cost upon order confirmation.

When will I receive my item and how can I track delivery?

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send it within 7 business days. Depending on your location and selected delivery method, delivery can take 2-7 business days. We'll email you with the tracking information and an estimated delivery date when each item is sent.

Will I need to pay tax and duties?

The price you pay to TC by The Wedding Gown will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient, you'll need to pay these directly to the courier to release your order from customs upon arrival.

For US customers, TC by The Wedding Gown does not collect sales or use tax in all states. Your purchase may be subject to sales or use tax, unless your state is exempt from taxation. Many states require a sales/use tax return filing at the end of the year for taxable purchases that were not taxed (including internet purchases) and payment of use tax on those purchases.
