Measurement Guide
How to measure yourself.
Three measurements, five minutes, the right size.
A few simple measurements help you choose your size with confidence, wherever you are in the world. Measure carefully and check each number twice before you send it.

Before you start
Wear the underwear and shapewear you plan to wear with your gown.
Use a soft measuring tape, flat against your body, not pulled tight. You should be able to slide one finger under it.
Stand naturally, arms relaxed, and breathe normally.
Keep the tape level and parallel to the floor.
Ask someone to help you if you can. It's more accurate.
Use cm or inches, and tell us which one you used.
Your 3 key measurements
01
BUST
Fullest part of your bust
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust and across your back, keeping it level.
02
WAIST
Narrowest part of your natural waist
Measure around your natural waist, usually just above your belly button, without pulling tight.
03
HIPS
Fullest part of your hips
Feet together, measure around the fullest point, usually about 20 cm (8 in) below your waist.
Optional
Hollow to floor
From the hollow at the base of your neck straight down to the floor, wearing the heels you plan to wear on the day. Tell us your heel height when you send it.
How to choose your size
After you measure
Double-check
Measure each area twice before you send it.
Check the unit
Tell us clearly if your numbers are in cm or inches.
Between sizes?
Choose the larger size. Taking a gown in is easier than letting it out.
Small differences
A 1–2 cm (½–¾ in) difference is normal when you measure yourself.
Plan ahead
When measurements are needed in advance, send them at least 50 days before your occasion.
