1 Bust Circumference

Measure the circumference of the chest area, taking into consideration the point at which your breasts are the fullest.

2 Waist Circumference

Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.

3 Hip Circumference

Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, standing with your feet together.

4 Neck Circumference

Measure around the base of your neck, where a collar would naturally sit.

5 Shoulder Width

Measure across the front from the edge of one shoulder to the edge of the other.

6 Arm Hole Circumference

Measure around the top of your shoulder and under your armpit in a full loop.

7 Arm Length

Measure from the shoulder point down to your wrist with the arm relaxed at your side.

8 Waist To Hem Length

Measure from your natural waistline straight down to the intended hem position.

9 Back Shoulder Width

Measure across the back from shoulder edge to shoulder edge.

10 Back Waist Length

Measure from the prominent bone at the base of your neck down to your natural waistline.

11 Center Back Length

Measure along the center of your back from the neckline seam down to the hem position.

12 Upper Arm

Measure around the fullest part of your upper arm, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

13 Forearm

Measure around the widest part of your forearm, just below the elbow.

14 Wrist

Measure around your wrist bone, allowing one finger of ease under the tape.
