How To Measure

Bust Circumference
Measure around the fullest part of your bust. Wear the bra you’ll likely wear with your gown.

Waist Circumference
Measure your natural waist — the narrowest part, typically an inch or two above your belly button.

Hip Circumference
Measure around the fullest part of your hips. Stand with your feet together.

Neck Circumference
Measure around the base of your neck. Tape should sit comfortably, not tight.

Front Shoulder to Shoulder
Measure straight across your front, from one shoulder seam to the other.

Armhole
Wrap the tape around your shoulder and under your armpit.

Shoulder to Hand / Arm Length
Measure from your shoulder seam to your hand knuckles, arm relaxed.

Waist to Floor (Hem)
Measure from your waist to the floor, stepping onto the tape to make sure it’s straight.

Back Shoulder to Shoulder
Measure straight across your back, from one shoulder seam to the other.

Top of Shoulder to Waist
Measure from the highest shoulder point to your natural waist.

Neck to Floor (Hem)
Measure from the base of your neck to the floor.

Upper Arm
Measure around the fullest part of your upper arm, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Forearm
Measure around the widest part of your forearm, just below the elbow.

Wrist
Measure around your wrist bone, allowing one finger of ease under the tape.
