Alterations
Bust, waist and hip alterations are included. Alterations take about 2 weeks. Other areas HKD 1,000 (about USD 128) per area, on request. No irreversible alterations.

Measure in the underwear and shoes you'll wear, following our Measurement Guide.
Delivery

Check the gown's condition, size and actual measurements on its product page.

Your occasion

We review your measurements and arrange any alterations needed.

Your approval
Before shipping, we send you photos, videos and the final gown measurements to approve.

Shipped
Once you approve, your gown is shipped to you.

We recommend receiving it 3–5 days before your occasion.

Condition
Brand new, showroom sample or excellent pre-loved. The exact condition is on each product page.
Alterations
Bust, waist and hip alterations are included. Other areas HKD 1,000 (about USD 128) per area.
Returns & exchanges
Sample Sale purchases are non-refundable. One exchange or store credit may be offered if requested at least 4 months before your occasion, see our Return & Exchange Policy.
After your occasion
Keep your gown, or resell it through the TWG Resell Programme.

Confirm your design
Your consultant confirms changes, fabric, measurements, price and timeline. Once confirmed, the order is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except for quality issues.

We make it
Your gown enters production, usually 2–4 months.

We send you photos, videos and the final gown measurements before shipping.
